9 in 10 businesses ‘struggle to communicate benefits’
11.06.2017The poll of 250 UK HR directors and managers by our employee benefits communication portal, Mybenefitsatwork, found that although 52% offer a benefits package to their workforce, failing to properly communicate can results in a reduced return on investment.
9 in 10 HR leaders face challenges when communicating their benefits package to employees, a survey suggests.
Almost half (47%) communicated benefits via a staff handbook, 43% used employee inductions, 34% face-to-face presentations and 15% email.
Ian Bird, founder and director of business development at Mybenefitsatwork, said employers should consider a multi-channel approach to reinforce the message.
