Foster Denovo adds two Non-Executive Directors to Board
20.04.2023Foster Denovo, the national financial advisory firm, is delighted to announce that Jacqui Irvine and Rosemarie Paul have been appointed as Independent Non-Executive Directors to the Foster Denovo Board from March 2023.
The appointments follow the retirement of Alan Taylor, ex-Non-Executive Director of Foster Denovo after 14 years.
Jacqui Irvine is a qualified solicitor and adds over 25 years’ experience in the financial services industry. She acts as Vice Chair of the Board of Directors of GAM Holding AG, as well as serving as a member of its risk committee, compensation committee and chair of the governance and nomination committee. Prior roles include Group General Counsel and Company Secretary of Janus Henderson Group until 2018, as well as at Henderson Group from 2011 until the merger with Janus Capital Group. In these roles, Jacqui was an executive committee member and provided strategic counsel across issues including corporate transactions, litigation and governance within a global regulated business.
Rosemarie Paul is a qualified lawyer and the Trustee of Trust for London. She is the Regulatory Counsel at Save the Children, managing the regulatory and litigation matters for the organisation. She brings extensive regulatory and legal expertise, previously having worked as a Partner at a major US law firm, as well as across a variety of regulators, including the General Medical Council, the Financial Reporting Council, and as a senior litigator for the Financial Services Authority (now the Financial Conduct Authority).
