My profile

“Helping to make your mortgage journey simple and clear.”

Having refurbished and redeveloped numerous properties over the last 25 years, I have always had a passion for property. With this in mind I decided to add another string to my bow and chose to pursue a career in financial services and mortgage advice.

I specialise in the following:

Helping to make your mortgage journey seamless

Embarking on the mortgage journey doesn’t have to be stressful. My goal is to simplify the process for you by providing expert advice and recommending a mortgage that fits your specific needs.

A tailored, client-centred process

To help make sure I find the most suitable mortgage for you, I begin by understanding your unique circumstances, financial situation, and mortgage requirements. Using independent online mortgage sourcing systems, I then present you with a carefully considered recommendation, giving you the clarity you need to make an informed decision.

I’ll guide you through the entire application process, from completing the initial forms to submitting your application and gathering any supporting documents required by the lender. I’m here to make sure every detail is handled efficiently.

Support every step of the way

Buying a home involves many steps and multiple parties, but I’m committed to making the process as seamless as possible. I’ll handle communications with all parties involved, helping to make sure everything stays on track and you’re kept up-to-date with regular progress reports.

Whether you’re a first-time buyer, moving house, purchasing an investment property, or remortgaging, finding the most suitable mortgage can often feel overwhelming. Your mortgage is likely one of the biggest financial commitments you’ll make, so it’s important to approach it carefully. With so many options available—fixed rate, discounted, tracker, repayment, and varying loan terms—it can be difficult to know where to start.

I specialise in providing clear, professional, and impartial mortgage advice that’s tailored to your unique situation. I take the time to understand your full circumstances and requirements, helping to make sure that you find a mortgage that suits your needs, while also meeting the lender’s criteria. My goal is to simplify the process and guide you through every step, helping you make informed decisions without the stress.

Navigating the mortgage maze for you

The world of mortgages can often feel like a maze, but it’s my job to guide you through it with ease. I handle all the behind-the-scenes work, allowing you to enjoy the experience with peace of mind. From sourcing the most suitable mortgage to managing the paperwork, I help make sure everything runs smoothly so you don’t have to worry about a thing.

I also take care of your insurance needs, helping to make sure that you’re fully protected and ready to move forward with confidence. Whether it’s life insurance, income protection, or other essential coverage, I’ll help make sure you have the most appropriate policies in place, giving you peace of mind for the future.

Celebrating your success

For me, it’s all about getting you to that exciting moment on completion day—whether that’s collecting the keys to your first home, adding another rental property to your portfolio, securing a great deal for your next mortgage, or finally stepping onto the property ladder. I want you to look forward to that call knowing that you’re fully prepared and supported every step of the way.

You’ll have the added benefit of a dedicated point of contact, Tina Whatley, our Senior Mortgage Client Coordinator. Tina’s role is to help make sure that your mortgage journey stays smooth and on schedule, offering additional support and peace of mind throughout the process.

Outside of work, I spend time working out, walking my dogs, and making memories with friends and family.

Your home or property may be repossessed if you do not keep up the repayments on your mortgage.

You may have to pay an early repayment charge to your existing lender if you remortgage.

The value of property investments and income from them can go down as well as up and investors may not get back the amount originally invested.
