How we work with you

We aim to work with you to create a bespoke financial plan designed to deliver your financial ambitions and aspirations through tailored strategies, decisive actions and first class ongoing service. These will help you realise your longer term financial goals, whether complex or straightforward.

Our advice process starts by developing a deep understanding of your current financial situation and your innermost needs and desires. This meeting is at no cost to you and if our service is not for you, there’s nothing to pay and nothing more to do.

Having a deep understanding of your financial aspirations will help us to draw up detailed proposals in a strategy report, for us to discuss and take forward together. It’s the beginning of a relationship based on trust, a joint commitment to realising your goals.

We use sophisticated lifetime financial forecasting tools. These will allow us to create a personalised visual plan, demonstrating your assets and cash flow throughout your entire life, enabling you to make immediate decisions about your financial future. We also specialise in trust and estate planning to help ensure that you are able to pass your wealth on to your family.

Once a plan is in place, we will review, monitor and report on the changes in your life and in legislation, so you stay on target to achieve your financial ambitions.

Providing an exceptional ongoing experience is vital in maintaining a successful long term relationship. This is one of the reasons we have a specialist administrative team to provide a dedicated point of contact for our Private Wealth clients. They are focused on delivering an outstanding service to ensure that every aspect of your financial life runs smoothly.

We believe that ongoing advice, financial coaching and reviews of your financial goals and strategies are essential to help ensure arrangements currently in place continue to meet your objectives.

Our Quantum client Review service is designed to create real value for you, and includes:

  • an annual review meeting with your Private Wealth adviser, where we will review your plan and any progress made;
  • ongoing administration of your financial affairs;
  • unlimited access to your Private Wealth adviser and support team by email and phone;
  • priority response, we aim to return your calls within 24 hours, if not sooner; and
  • taking the complexity out of administering your financial life.
