Jacqui Irvine

Jacqui was appointed to the Board as a Non-Executive Director in March 2023.

Jacqui was a member of the Board of GAM Holding AG from 2019 until 2023. Latterly she was Vice Chair of the Board and was Chair of the Governance and Nomination Committee, as well as being a member of the risk committee and compensation committee.

Jacqui was Group General Counsel and Company Secretary of Janus Henderson Group until 2018. Jacqui qualified as a solicitor in 2000 and has over 25 years experience in financial services.
