Paul O’Leary has around 30 years of experience operating in finance, planning, strategy and corporate development functions in the financial services sector. After spending the first part of his career at Barclays Bank in the retail financial services and wealth management businesses, Paul joined Rothschild & Co., where he was appointed as Chief Financial Officer for Global Advisory, Rothschild’s market leading advisory investment banking business.

Paul graduated from Aston University with an MEng in Civil Engineering and is a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.

He was appointed Chief Financial Officer of the Foster Denovo Group in November 2024.
