Foster Denovo appoints Aimée Pitman and Jeremy Brettell as non-executive directors
19.02.2025Foster Denovo has appointed Aimée Pitman and Jeremy Brettell as independent non-executive directors to the board of the group and limited company.
Aimée is a consultant with more than 30 years’ experience in leadership, strategy development and transformation, working across consumer and business-to-business services. She was a non-executive director and member of the UK audit committee at Canada Life (UK) and, in her role as vice-president at Gemini Consulting, she advised retail financial services firms on strategy and transformation.
Aimée holds non-executive roles with three property-based businesses, including Warehouse REIT, which she has seen through flotation and its subsequent move from AIM to the FTSE.
Jeremy, who has over 45 years’ experience in wealth management and retail financial services, is an independent chartered director and fellow of the Institute of Directors. His non-executive roles include chairing an investment manager overseeing £16bn, and a start-up bank.
Jeremy’s extensive knowledge of the financial services industry and deep understanding of its regulatory regime means he has also taken on the role of consumer duty champion for Foster Denovo.
