16.08.2023The financial services industry has traditionally been male-dominated but that’s changing and we’re delighted to be part of the effort at the forefront of progress. We’re proud to be signatories to The Women in Finance Charter, which sets out four key actions to help to address this imbalance.
Currently:
- 54% of our colleagues are women, higher than the industry average of 43%
- 44% of our senior management team are women, higher than the industry standard of 20%.
We first signed the charter in 2023, setting a target of 40% of senior roles filled by women, reaching 46% in 2024. In 2025, this figure is 44% and our target remains at 40%, well above the industry standard.
