Women In Finance
The financial services industry is traditionally male-dominated, but times are changing, and we’re delighted to be part of a group at the forefront of that progression. The Women in Finance Charter sets out four key actions to help address the imbalance of the past, and we’re proud to have signed up to this.
Currently:
- 50% of our workforce are women, higher than the industry average of 43%
- 38% of our senior management team are women, higher than the industry standard of 20%.
