Foster Denovo recruits Head of Recruitment and Head of Business Development

Karen Wright recently joins Foster Denovo as Head of Business Development for Private Clients. Karen will manage some of the Partner’s Private Client division and all strategic partnerships of the firm.

Foster Denovo also welcomes Paul Mattock, who joins the firm as Head of Recruitment. “I’m looking forward to bringing on board a small number of quality advisers who are the right fit into the business,” Paul states.

Karen has worked as a consolidator at Bellpenny since August 2013, most recently acting as Head of Financial Planning.

Paul’s most recent role was Head of Recruitment for Openwork and he has previously held regional director positions at NatWest and Nationwide. He is level four qualified and moved into recruiting in 2014.
